ChopChop USA believes that health begins in the kitchen. Every meal you prepare, every ingredient you touch, and every tool you use contributes to your family’s well-being. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to eliminate toxic cookware and replace it with tools you can trust for life.
ChopChop USA began with a simple realization, over 90% of cookware on the market contained harmful toxins like PFAS, PFOA, and lead. For our founder, Hannah S, that was unacceptable. Hannah wanted something better for her own family—and for families everywhere. She set out to create cookware that was safe, durable, and beautiful. What started as a passion project has grown into a movement, now trusted by more than 500,00 home cooks and chefs worldwide. Every ChopChop product is crafted from premium titanium, a material that is lighter than steel, stronger than aluminum, naturally rust resistant and 100% food safe. Titanium doesn’t chip, doesn’t corrode, and never leaches into your food. It’s the gold standard in durability, built to last for generations. When you choose ChopChop USA, you’re not just buying cookware—you’re investing in your health, your home, and your future. Because we believe the kitchen is more than a place to cook. It’s where memories are made, families are nourished, and health begins.

Every knife follows 108 traditional forging steps, each performed with unwavering precision. We select premium Tamahagane steel, hand-folded and hammer-forged 15 times, increasing the steel layers to 32,768. The resulting grain flows across the blade like a galaxy—enhancing strength, flexibility, and creating a pattern that is truly one of a kind. Using a traditional clay-coated quenching technique passed down through Japanese bladesmithing, the blade edge is hardened through carefully controlled cycles of heat and cooling. This process naturally forms a moonlit wave along the edge—an unmistakable mark of Japanese craftsmanship—while dramatically improving sharpness and edge retention. Each blade is then finished at a 15° precision angle, wet-ground and hand-polished with 3000-grit stones, achieving a razor-sharp edge capable of clean, effortless cuts—even through a single strand of hair.
