  When we first started in 2014, we saw that many people were suffering from back and wrist pain as a result of spending too much time in front of their computers and we discovered that most massage chairs on the market are either pricey or too old-fashioned. We set out on a quest to create a chair that could deliver optimum comfort at a fair price, and gathered a team with experience in a variety of fields, including craftsmanship, industrial design, and customer service. Our first Real relax massage chair, the Favor-01, was released in January 2015, and we haven’t stopped since then, developing five different massage chair models. In addition to our high-quality chairs, we strive to do the right thing by our customers by providing only the greatest customer and aftercare services, as well as selling directly to avoid paying retailer or distributor mark-ups.

The datacentre guarantee all customers a redundant high-capactity, stable and reliable power supply which can easily be scaled to support any future expansion. All power feeds are isolated between racks with regular checks and maintained to ensure stability. The data centre also boasts high specification uninterruptable power supply units to maintain power to the entire building in the event of a mains grid failure with backup on-site diesel generators for extended periods. To ensure optimum performance, all data floors are maintained at a constant 21°C ± 2°C and relative humidity is kept at 50% ± 10%. Both are continually monitored electronically and will alert on-site staff upon thresholds being surpassed. The data centre facility contains a VESDA (Very early smoke detection apparatus) fire detection system to help avoid fire and ultimatley service disruption. This is coupled with an FM200 gas based fire retardant that is environmentally friendly to put out fires instantly without damaging equipment. To provide maximum security, the data center is located within a secure compound consisting of perimeter fencing, electric gate entry, and a gatehouse which is manned 24/7 365 days a year by security personnel. Strict access controls are operational within the data center. The building is equipped with proximity access card readers and secure lockable racks to prevent unauthorized access to the data center and equipment.
